Jump offers professional foot and nail care services all from the comfort of your home or living facility.  

What to Expect During Your Foot Care Visit?

At each visit the certified foot care nurse reduces nail length and thickness, provides hygiene, skin care, and foot massage.  Feet will be assessed for any potential risks, and education will be provided to promote healthy feet and skin.  The thickest, longest, most painful toenails are treated with ease.


What is a Certified Foot Care Nurse (CFCN)?

A CFCN is an experienced registered nurse (RN) who has obtained specialized training in the care and treatment of routine foot and nail conditions.  The CFCN commits to a national standard of professional competence that demonstrates an understanding of basic and advanced care in the area of foot care nursing practice.

RATES: 

Basic Foot and Nail Care:

 

$75-$100 in home*

includes skin assessment, toenail trim and file, foot massage and lotion

 

REALLY THICK NAILS? NO PROBLEM...

Your foot care nurse uses a medical grade rotary tool to safely and painlessly thin even the thickest of nails. 

No need to travel or arrange a ride!

 

Additional Services Available:

Extended Foot or Hand Massage: $5

Fingernail Care:$10-20 

 

*Trip Fee may apply depending on location.

Gratuities  for services not expected, but greatly Appreciated

 

 

Regular routine foot care is shown to prevent pain, 

improve mobility,  and prevent complications.   

 

 

Services are approximately 20-45 minutes based on your needs. 

Frequency of nail care visits will be recommended following introductory visit, usually every 1-3 months.

Fees are due on the day of service, unless previous arrangements are made when scheduling.  At this time Jump does not bill Medicare or Insurance, However a receipt will be provided from your professional services.  You are encouraged to provide a copy to your insurance or healthcare representative for possible reimbursement as an 

out of pocket medical expense.  Please contact Jump with any additional questions.

Meet Jennifer Oseland BA, RN, CFCN

Certified Foot Care Nurse

Jennifer is an experienced registered nurse who specializes in foot care and the treatment of routine foot and nail conditions. 

 

With a gold standard certification from the Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing Certification Board (WOCNCB), Jennifer is certified and licensed to perform her duties as a foot care nurse. 

 

Prior to becoming a nurse Jennifer graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of St. Thomas. While she enjoyed representing various organizations, she found her heart was in caregiving, especially for the senior population. For over 16 years now Jennifer has enjoyed being a nurse and has had the opportunity to work in several different areas of nursing.

Jenny laughs and says, "You never know where life will take you.  I never thought I would end up caring so much for seniors, or feet for that matter, but I do - and so very much. Senior Wellness is my passion."

*The CFCN does not replace a podiatrist or medical doctor, instead works collaboratively to assure the best possible care for the client utilizing Best Practice protocols and procedures. If the CFCN encounters a condition outside their scope of practice, the client will be provided with an appropriate referral for care.
